Objective:

Our client was the tennis program of a luxury health club. To achieve their goals, we conducted extensive competitive research and evaluated survey results to assess current member satisfaction. Our objective was to create a main campaign and sub-campaign aimed at enhancing satisfaction among existing members and attracting new potential members.

Takeaway:

I learned how to present difficult results to clients and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction, in addition to creating an effective and heartwarming campaign with a complementary promotional video.
